Drospesure tablets contains Drospirenone & Ethinylestradiol, two different hormones that works by stopping a woman’s egg from fully developing each month thus preventing them from accepting the sperm and thus fertilization (pregnancy) is prevented. It is used as contraceptive pill by females.
